outdoor yoga rocks

Despite a dodgy forecast the sun was  shining gloriously this morning – and for an hour or so it was HOT hot hot.

I launched 2010′s first outdoor yoga today – it’s gorgeous doing yoga asanas outside, with feet on grass, sounds of the seagulls, views of the ocean…sets you up for the day.

So it’s a timetabled class until the autumn – every Thursday morning – 9am till 10am.  West end of Hove Lawns, near Fourth Avenue.  Plot of grass near the beachhuts, pray for warm, sunny, dry weather! £7 drop in.
